Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help with an exchange or refund.
Eligibility
- Unworn, Full-price items may be returned or exchanged in-store or by mail.
- Sale items, personalized items, gift cards, and opened personal care goods (such as beauty products) are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items must be unworn/unused, with all original tags and packaging, and free of any makeup, hair, fibers, dirt, deodorant, or perfume. Items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.
Timing

Mail-in returns
- A free return shipping label is available within 10 days of delivery.
- Items may be returned for up to 30 days from delivery. Returns labels requested after 10 days will incur a return shipping fee of $8.95.
- Please ship your approved return within 7 days of your return request.

Pickup order returns
- Full priced items may be returned or exchanged in-store within the 30-day window.
- Not eligible for free return shipping
How to Start a Return
- Set up your client account here.
- Enter your email and follow the one-time code login.
- Select your order and choose the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- Pick a return reason and add any notes (feedback on fit or quality helps us improve).
- Submit your request.
If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and (if eligible) a prepaid label. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Damages or Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at myorder@girlheroshop.com so we can make it right.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved and processed.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved—or if you have other return questions—email us with your order number at myorder@girlheroshop.com.
